Why Yoga for Cancer is Different
Yoga for cancer isn’t just "gentle yoga." It’s a specialized approach that considers the physical, emotional, and energetic impact of cancer and its treatments. Learn why a tailored practice is essential for supporting those on this journey.
Yoga as a Healing Modality
Yoga has the power to heal beyond the physical body. Discover how movement, breath, and mindfulness can nurture resilience, ease discomfort, and support recovery for those living with and beyond cancer.

Teaching Yoga for Cancer Safely & Compassionately
Safety is essential when teaching yoga for cancer. Learn how to adapt postures, offer modifications, and teach with compassion, ensuring your students feel supported and empowered.
Mindfulness for Health – What Is It?

![You don’t need to be a cancer specialist.
But you do need to know the basics. Join me tonight to find out what they are.
Because when someone walks into your class mid-treatment, or post-surgery, or years later…
And tells you they have had cancer, they are giving you a duty of care
I’ve supported people through cancer for years — alongside my own experience — and I’m sharing what actually matters (and what most trainings miss).
