The Essence of our 200 hr Yoga Training Course

Would you like to learn an empowering approach to yoga?

Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Programme is a non-dogmatic approach to yoga, infused with Mindfulness and somatics (a body-mind approach to movement which develops your inner perceptions, or "interoception").

Each and every trainee is supported to follow what they personally love about yoga. We encourage personal reflection and peer-to-peer feedback, so that the way YOU shine is reflected back to you. You will not come out like a cookie-cutter version of your teacher. You will step into your power and claim your own space in the yoga teaching world.

A Meaningful Approach to Anatomy and asana

Our approach to asana (posture) practice and anatomy is student-centred and experiential, so you understand the teaching as a felt-sense in your own body, not just the words in the text book. Having a physical understanding of the poses and the principles of movement means that not only are they more meaningful to you, but you will be able to communicate more effectively as a yoga teacher. â€‹

Learn in a Friendly Small-Group Setting

You will be in a small group of up to 12 trainees, so that you receive plenty of personal mentoring from Morven and other course tutors to develop your practice and your teaching.

You will work closely together with your peers and benefit from diverse backgrounds, opinions and ideas to enrich your course work.

There is a strong sense of community and camaraderie on the course, where everyone is accepted and valued no matter what their prior role or yoga experience. You will be appreciated for who you are, not how "good" at yoga you are.
