All of our tutors are highly experienced and influential in their fields, and will be able to give you the attention that you need in a group no bigger than 10 trainees. The Yoga by Nature teacher training approach is holistic and mindful, giving you a thorough grounding in all aspects of yoga, not just the physical practice. On graduating from the course, you will understand the broader context of yoga and the yogic life as well as the detail of asana instruction, and you will be able to teach from your own integrated experience. This course is suitable for those who wish to deepen their knowledge and experience of yoga. Not everyone who does a 200 hour yoga teacher training course is looking to teach, but if you are, this course will give you the best start you can get.

You have the option to spread your payment of fees with the payment plan
You can expect to do 2-3 hours per week of reading and study, plus your own yoga practice of a minimum of four times per week. You are encouraged to start your own yoga class of friends and family and begin teaching as soon as possible when you start the course – nothing can prepare you to be a teacher better than teaching!
You must have at least 2 years of consistent yoga practice behind you in order to be accepted onto the course.
STYLE OF YOGA
This is a non-dogmatic Hatha yoga course. Hatha yoga is the foundation of all physical disciplines of yoga. A Hatha yoga training will equip you to teach Hatha Flow, Gentle Yoga and, with specialised training you will have the foundations to teach pregnancy yoga, Vinyasa, Yin and much more.
Morven's teaching has flavours of Anusara and Akhanda yoga, Vinyasa and a somatic influence. It is a holistic, alignment-focused approach with room for creativity and exploration.
The training will be held at Weston-super-Mare's city centre yoga studio, Sacred Space Yoga. A beautiful, freshly refurbished space in the heart of the town, easily accessed from Bristol, London, Somerset, North Somerset and the South West of England

ABOUT MORVEN HAMILTON
Since qualifying to teach in 2008, Morven has accumulated over 15,000 hours of experience teaching and training all over the world. Previously a teacher, lecturer, group facilitator and business owner, she skilfully transmits the teachings of yoga in an accessible, meaningful way.
Her approach is informed by her own dedicated practice and study, and by decades of working with groups of all kinds. Her yoga classes are some of the most popular in the Bristol area. She has been teaching on yoga teacher training courses and mentoring new teachers since 2011 and she offers this Hatha yoga teacher training course for those who are looking for a holistic, mindful approach to teaching. Her belief is that, whether your intention is to teach beginner students or those who are “advanced” in asana - on the path of yoga, it's vital to practice with integrity and compassion.
She is non-dogmatic in her teaching and encourages her students to intuitively find their own expression of yoga, believing that there are as many styles of yoga as there are people on the planet. She inspires students to discover an awareness of their own unique body and mind with warmth, compassion and grace.
