Hi I'm Morven,

I'm Morven Hamilton, founder of Yoga by Nature, senior yoga teacher, teacher trainer and mindfulness teacher. I've been teaching yoga since 2008 and have spent nearly three decades exploring yoga as both a personal practice and a lifelong field of study.

My work sits at the meeting point of traditional yoga philosophy, somatics, holistic health and contemporary science. I'm fascinated by the places where scientific discovery and spiritual wisdom meet, and by how both can deepen our understanding of what it means to be human.

Rather than seeing yoga as a collection of postures, I see it as an art form that helps us explore truth through movement, breath, relationship and self-inquiry. My teaching invites curiosity over certainty, experience over dogma and lifelong learning over fixed answers.

When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me immersed in philosophy, reading the latest research or writing about the ever-evolving landscape of yoga teaching.
