Yoga for Cancer: A Whole Person Approach

Whether you're a yoga teacher or someone affected by cancer, our courses are designed to support the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

For yoga teachers, we offer specialist training in cancer-informed yoga, helping you confidently support students affected by cancer in general yoga settings. For people recovering from cancer treatment, we offer self-paced online yoga courses that support physical recovery, emotional wellbeing and a gradual return to movement from the comfort of home.

WELCOME

I'm Morven, founder of Healing the Whole Person Yoga for Cancer classes and trainings

Cancer touches every aspect of life, which is why my approach to yoga for cancer goes beyond physical exercise alone.

The courses on this page bring together over a decade of specialist work in cancer care, mindfulness and yoga teaching, alongside my own experience of breast cancer and recovery.

Whether you're a yoga teacher wanting to support students with greater confidence, or you're looking for yoga to support your own recovery after treatment, you'll find courses designed to meet you where you are.

My hope is that these resources help make yoga more accessible, more compassionate and more relevant to the realities of living with and beyond cancer.

200YTT course

This teacher training course was one of the most powerful and empowering experiences of my life. I found the holistic approach enlightening and thought provoking and I felt very supported in exploring some big topics and ideas for myself. While I now feel confident to teach yoga, this course hasn’t just facilitated an ability to teach yoga; it has truly developed a bedrock for my whole life.
