A Day of Practice, Connection and Learning for Yoga Teachers Join us for a special day dedicated to practice, reflection, and shared learning. Together we’ll explore how to feel more confident in offering assists and using props — for ourselves and for our students. Our time together will be guided by the principles of interconnectedness and compassion. 🗓 Sunday 8th February 2026 🕙 10am – 4pm The day will include: 10am – Led Yoga Practice with Morven 11.30am – Sangha: sharing experiences, insights and support 12.30pm – Shared Lunch 1pm – Workshop: exploring asana assists, self-assists and creative use of props. A structured, collaborative session with time to experiment, receive feedback and exchange ideas. The cost is low to keep it accessible. If you prefer to pay a donation instead, please let me know and I will sort that out for you.
