Service Description
Join us for a special day dedicated to practice, reflection, and shared experience. 📅 Saturday 5th September 🕙 10am – 3pm The day will include: 10am – Arrivals and tea 10.30am – Yoga practice 12 pm – Lunch (included in booking) 1.15pm (Loosely structured) Teaching Refresh. A time to ask and share what inspires you in your teaching, what music you've been listening to, books to read, socials to follow, any new poses or flows you've discovered. Tips for staying inspired and solvent as a teacher. 2.15 pm Restorative yoga
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
