Ad hoc bookings £12.50 p/h. Please enquire about full and half-day bookings.
Service Description
Our therapy room is a designated space for your treatments or private yoga classes. It is ideal for yoga, massage, bodywork, reiki, acupuncture and therapy small-group training courses. We can comfortably accommodate 8 - 10 people seated and up to 4 people doing yoga, with the space being ideally suited to rental for 1:1 sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Except as otherwise expressly provided by this Agreement, if the Hirer cancels this Agreement, the following shall apply as the Owner’s exclusive remedy in respect of that cancellation. - The Owner shall be entitled to retain such deposit amount, if any, previously paid to it. Whether only a single Session has been booked or a block booking of two or more Sessions has been booked) the Hirer will be liable to the Owner the following percentage of the balance of the total of the Hire Fees due for all Sessions booked under this Agreement: 0% where the cancellation is more than 14 days before the first or only Session Date; . 50% where the cancellation is less than 14 days before the first or only Session Date;. 100% where the cancellation is within 7 days before the first or only Session Date; Owner's cancellation The Owner may cancel this Agreement at any time by notice to the Hirer where it reasonably anticipates that due to Force Majeure which has occurred, it will not practicably be able to: - make the Premises available for a single booked Session; or - where there is block booking of Sessions, make the Premises available for one or more or all of those booked Sessions. By booking this service, you agree to the Myrtle Tree Hire Agreement provided to you in a separate document.
