Gathering Summer Retreat Day 13th Sept.

10am - 4pm Sunday 13th September Yoga • Crafting • Sound • Singing • Connection Gathering Summer is a day to pause before the season changes: to reconnect with your yoga practice, enjoy good company and create something beautiful to carry into the cosier months ahead. A highlight of the day will be a guided crafting session with Heidi, during which you’ll make your own flower jar lantern using pressed flowers and foliage. All materials are included, and you don’t need any previous crafting experience. Heidi will lead you through the process, giving you time to enjoy making something with your hands and watching your individual lantern take shape. Your finished lantern will be yours to take home: a warm, glowing memento of the retreat and of Summer 2026. Alongside the crafting, we’ll spend the day moving, singing, eating and resting. There will be a nourishing morning yoga practice, a shared vegetarian lunch, harmony singing and a deeply restful combination of restorative yoga and sound bath to close the day.
