Service Description
Join our wonderful graduating yoga teachers for a free, co-taught Hatha yoga class in the beautiful surroundings of The Phoenix Studio, Highbridge. Together, they'll guide you through a grounding practice designed to cultivate calm, ease, and connection as you head into the weekend. Suitable for all levels, this relaxed community class offers the chance to experience the teaching of our newly qualifying teachers while enjoying a welcoming, supportive atmosphere. This is also a wonderful opportunity for local residents to discover this peaceful community space and enjoy an hour of yoga completely free of charge. We look forward to welcoming you.
