Movement and Mindfulness taught in an adaptive and inclusive way. Join us for a welcoming and inclusive class designed for those who want to move gently and mindfully. What to Expect 🧘♀️ This 60-minute class is thoughtfully structured to support both body and mind: 🧘♀️ Deep relaxation, balancing breath work, and meditation 🧘♀️ Gentle, full-body movement, incorporating mat-based and standing poses 🧘♀️ A focus on joint health, strength, balance, and body awareness in a calming, supportive environment 🧘♀️Ideal for those looking for a restorative practice 🧘♀️We offer adaptations and modifications for any limitations, making this class accessible to all. Morven is a senior teacher, trained in mindfulness, yoga for cancer, yoga for menopause and restorative yoga. If you want to move gently, if you are managing pain or recovering from injury or illness this class may be suitable for you. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
