Service Description

The flavour of the class rotates, starting with Week 1 on the first week of the month. Week 1: EMPOWER - Strength and mood regulation Week 2: SOOTHE: Nervous system rebalance Week 3: SPACE: Gentle for joints slow feel-good flow Week 4: REST: Restorative This class is for you if: 🧘‍♀️ You are in menopause transition 🧘‍♀️ You are post-menopause 🧘‍♀️ You want to prepare for menopause 🧘‍♀️ You are looking for safe, enjoyable ways to move and build strength 🧘‍♀️ You want to improve your pelvic floor health 🧘‍♀️ You want to learn to meditate 🧘‍♀️ You need some tools for staying calm and compassionate Your body deserves to be looked after, as does your mind. In this class we do a complete Hatha yoga practice with props such as resistance bands and massage balls to help build bone and muscle mass. We look after neurological health and pelvic floor health with evidence-based practices. While it is important to work on physical balance, we also nurture emotional and mental balance with restorative yoga poses and a soothing relaxation with the singing bowls. The meditations we do are geared towards finding headspace and thriving in our busy, demanding lives. Expect: ✨ breath work for calm and focus ✨ mindful, strengthening posture practice with elements of flow ✨ meditation Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Please bring: - a resistance band, power loop or pair of stretchy tights or leggings - a small firm massage ball, tennis ball, cricket ball or dowel that you can roll your feet on - blanket - cushion

You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
