Curious about yoga teacher training, or simply fancy a day of thoughtful practice in good company? Join us for a relaxed and nourishing day together. This open day offers a chance to experience the spirit of the training, meet members of our community, and explore whether a deeper study of yoga might be calling you. The day will include an embodied yoga practice, a short talk on emerging perspectives in nervous system theory and yoga practice, a restorative session, and an introduction to the upcoming Yoga Teacher Training with time for questions. A relaxed shared lunch and refreshments are included, with space to connect with current and past trainees. Everyone attending will receive a small gift, and those who enrol on the training within seven days of the open day will receive a complimentary one-to-one session. Graduates of the training are warmly invited to join us and reconnect with the community. If yoga teacher training has been on your mind for a while, this is a great way to explore whether it might be the right next step. Your payment for the day will be taken off your course payment fee if you choose to enrol on the 200YTT course for 2027.
