Service Description

Step into a welcoming space for a one-hour online practice designed to nurture both body and mind from the comfort of your home. From 23rd September: Rooted and radiant: A Four-Week Hatha Flow Series for Autumn As the winds of life pick up, it’s easy to feel scattered, restless, or a little “all over the place.” This four-week Hatha Flow series starting 23rd September is designed to balance Vata dosha — cultivating grounding, steadiness, and inner calm. Each class weaves together centring, mudra, breath work, creative asana, and soothing relaxation. YOu'll be guided towards a steady body, a settled mind, and a nourished spirit. Suitable for Level 1–2 students: plenty of grounding foundations, with optional challenges if you fancy testing your wings. Week 1: Grounding & Stability Feeling a bit floaty, scattered, or like you’ve had too much coffee? This class is all about rooting down. Think steady flows, earthy poses, and a long, grounding savasana that will leave you calm and centred. Week 2: Rhythm & Flow This week we find our rhythm — moving like gentle waves through flowing sequences and breath. Expect a soothing, steady pace that helps you land back in your body Week 3: Strength & Containment When Vata runs wild, our energy scatters. This class gathers it back in. Strong, steady postures with a focus on core and containment will help you feel both centred and energised. To be grounded is to be steady and powerful Week 4: Integration & Steadiness We bring it all together in this final class of the series: strength, flow, grounding, and stillness. We'll explore creative sequences, balancing poses, and end with deep rest This class is best suited to those with some prior yoga experience—it’s not for complete beginners—but you don’t need to be advanced. You’ll be supported to grow your practice at your own pace, whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding, find gentle ways to heal from injury, or simply enjoy moving with presence.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
