Service Description

A one-hour Tuesday evening mini-retreat to reset and carry you calmly and steadily through to the weekend. Join online and enjoy this from the comfort of your home. In this meditative, soothing space you’ll be guided through a gentle blend of practices designed to help you unwind and reconnect. We’ll begin by setting an intention with oracle cards and essential oils, then ease into somatic movement to release tight muscles and soften long-held tension. Supported restorative poses, calming breath work, and the deep rest of yoga nidra invite your nervous system into a state of ease and replenishment. Led by Morven, a qualified mindfulness teacher with over two decades of experience teaching restorative yoga, the class offers a welcoming, unhurried atmosphere – a chance to step away from the busyness of life and simply be. This class is especially nourishing if you’re seeking rest and relaxation, recovering from illness or injury, or looking for healing support with anxiety or depression. No prior experience is needed – all are warmly welcome. The focus isn’t on achievement but on mindful awareness: befriending your body, seeking out the pleasant, and experiencing the deep relief that an embodied practice can bring.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
