Service Description

Bring your favourite essential oils and settle in for gentle movement, slow flow ending with restorative yoga and yoga nidra. This is your mid-week reset to help you feel calm and sleep peacefully through to the weekend.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
