Service Description

Somatic movement and guided meditation to release tension, heal the body, and cultivate calm and self-compassion 13th January – 17th February 2026 MEMBERS use code: CSMJAN for access with your membership A gentle yet profound course designed to help you release chronic tension, heal from injury or surgery, and transform your relationship to pain. Through the practice of slow, restorative, and gentle clinical Hanna Somatics-inspired movement, we’ll retrain the nervous system to let go of unconscious holding patterns that contribute to pain, postural issues, and fatigue. Each week builds progressively, teaching your body to recognise and release tension, restoring natural ease and freedom. Alongside movement, you’ll be guided through meditation and deep relaxation practices that invite you to befriend your body, cultivate self-compassion, and foster calm acceptance in daily life. You’ll also receive resources to help you begin (or deepen) your own meditation practice at home, making the benefits of the course easy to carry into everyday life. This course is ideal if you are: 🧘‍♀️ Recovering from injury 🧘‍♀️ Living with physical limitations or chronic tension 🧘‍♀️ Experiencing high stress or fatigue 🧘‍♀️ Seeking a slower, more mindful approach to movement and meditation


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
