Each workshop offers a gentle sanctuary of rest, nourishment, and community—with tea and cake to round off our time together. INSPIRE – Sunday 16th November Awaken creativity and soften tension Welcome into a cosy, nurturing space with tea and homemade treats, and take a moment to connect with others over a gentle chat. We’ll then move into a restorative practice designed to unwind tension and awaken your natural creativity. This session blends breathwork, singing bowls, restorative poses, and clinical somatics—softening the body and opening the mind to the vast inspiration within your inner world. Leave feeling lighter, inspired, and ready to celebrate the turning of the earth towards the darker months. What is Restorative Yoga? Restorative yoga is the art of conscious relaxation. Using props to fully support the body, postures are held for several minutes, allowing muscles to release, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to quieten. This is yoga as deep rest: a practice of “being” rather than “doing.” Ideal for calming stress, easing fatigue, and reconnecting with your inner rhythms.
