🌿 Being Balanced – A 6-Week Yoga Course 6 - 7pm Thursdays 15th January - 19th February 2026 MEMBERS use code BB2026 when booking Balance is about strength, focus, awareness and trust. This six-week progressive course will guide you through asana, meditation, breath work, brain training and somatic movement to help you feel more steady, spacious and confident in your body and mind. You’ll: ✨ Build strength where you need it most to support balance ✨ Sharpen proprioception, spatial awareness and cognition ✨ Try fun new poses to fire up your core and forge fresh neural pathways ✨ Nourish the myofascial network with movement that feels good Over the weeks we’ll work towards some of yoga’s classic balances: Tree (vrksasana) Dancer (natarajasana) Half-Moon (ardha-chandrasana) Revolved Half-Moon (parvritta ardha-chandrasana) With space to play, explore and (if you fancy) step into more complex balances, this course will help you progress your balancing skills whether you are an improver or an experienced yogi. By the end, you’ll feel more grounded, more confident, and better balanced in every sense.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
