Restorative Sound Bath (in-person)

From 15 British pounds
Uphill Victory Hall

Service Description

A sound immersion is a gentle way to relax and receive. It can be healing, restful and even transformational. It's hard to describe the experience of immersive sound, so the best way is to try it yourself! Next dates: Sunday 6.30 - 8.30 20th October, 24th November, 15th December What happens? Exactly this: ๐Ÿ‘‰We do some restorative yoga, I often read a poem and we set an intention ๐Ÿ‘‰I play the singing bowls while I bring you into a restful state ๐Ÿ‘‰I lead you through a Yoga Nidra practice ๐Ÿ‘‰I walk around playing the singing bowls so you can feel the vibration in your body (sometimes I play them on your body if you like). ๐Ÿ‘‰While I do this, I am vocal toning, offering the healing vibration of voice ๐Ÿ‘‰I play the symphonic gong, which shimmers and sings you into an altered state of consciousness and deep rest ๐Ÿ‘‰To bring you back at the end, I sing a mantra, play the bansuri flute and walk around with my magical koshi bells ๐Ÿ‘‰We sometimes close with a meditation of a shared mantra ย  Bliss Please bring your own equipment - mat, cushion, blanket. pillow. Please let us know if you would like to borrow equipment. Arrive ten minutes in advance to get settled before we start. Notify me in advance if you are pregnant, have tinnitus or wear a pacemaker. If you are not sure whether the sound journey is for you, please contact info@yogabynature.org with any questions.
