One full-spectrum, moderately paced yoga class where we get up and flowing to shift stuck energy around the abdomen.
Our movement in this yoga practice is soft, curvy and feminine to respect the curves and spirals of women's bodies. The practices have been chosen to create space and ease in the female body, and instill a sense of groundedness and wellbeing.
We end with Baddha Konasana, a restorative pose which creates space in the pelvic region, bringing circulation into the area of the reproductive organs.
If you are on day 1 of your cycle and you're feeling very tired, it might be best for you to skip right to the end and do the restorative pose.
