10 short  yoga classes of approx. 30 minutes each. Yoga on the move classes are designed to give you a refresh and a boost. The focus is on moving a body that has been travelling, and rinsing out any stiffness from journeys, chasing your kids or just sitting on the beach for a few hours.


We also do a lot of grounding practice - essential for anyone who has been managing transport, directions and all the stuff that comes with being on your hols.
