An overview of the workshop
Mindfulness is an attitude. It is a way in which we can live our lives with less suffering, more clarity and more choice.
In this workshop, you will learn the guiding principles of Mindfulness - how to distinguish reality from your story about reality, how to keep the "autopilot" in check and how to be more compassionate towards yourself and others.
You will learn the key Midnfulness meditations and have guidance on starting your own meditation practice and what technique will be best for you. We are all different, so the meditation practice you choose needs to be right for you.

You do not have to sit on the floor with your eyes closed to meditate. You can have your eyes open, sit on a chair, lie down or even stand up if you prefer. Your comfort is the most important thing. The meditations will be between 10 and 20 mins in length and will be guided by Morven.
