The perimenopause can be a difficult time of physiological symptoms combined with everyday stress and complex emotions.
We know that what we eat, how we move our bodies, the environment we live in and the stories we tell ourselves all play a part in both the severity and length of time these symptoms can last.
This time in your life is a critical window where symptoms can worsen over time and become more serious later in life if not given the attention they need, as your body is undergoing massive physiological changes.
Morven and Amy are passionate about bringing women together to form a community, a tent of wise women, to share experiences, to share stories and remedies and amongst it all, share our own expertise on easing your symptoms.
That’s why we’re excited to be hosting a FREE Menopause Meet up on Friday 24th March 6.30pm – 8.00pm at The Stable.
Chat to a nutritionist, a yoga for menopause and mindfulness teacher and a hypnotherapist and life coach. Meet other women who get it. Learn how to manage your symptoms naturally and stay well in mid-life onwards through nutrition, movement and mindset.
