Service Description

Join me at Kewstoke Village Hall playing fields for an evening of nourishing movement, deep relaxation and sound immersion withe ging, singing bowls, voice, flute and birdsong. If the weather isn't summery enough, we always have the hall instead. Arrive from 6.45 pm to get settled and have cup of tea. We'll set up mats in a circle outside on the grass in a private spot behind the village hall with the gongs in the middle. 👉We do some restorative yoga, I often read a poem and we set an intention 👉I play the singing bowls while I bring you into a restful state 👉I lead you through a Yoga Nidra practice 👉I walk around playing the singing bowls so you can feel the vibration in your body (sometimes I play them on your body if you like). 👉While I do this, I am vocal toning, offering the healing vibration of voice 👉I play the symphonic gong, which shimmers and sings you into an altered state of consciousness and deep rest 👉To bring you back at the end, I sing a mantra, play the bansuri flute and walk around with my magical koshi bells 👉We sometimes close with a meditation of a shared mantra   Bliss Please bring your own equipment - mat, cushion, blanket. pillow. Please let us know if you would like to borrow equipment. Arrive ten minutes in advance to get settled before we start. Notify me in advance if you are pregnant, have tinnitus or wear a pacemaker.
