Service Description

A mindful, moderately paced practice with creative sequences which refine the body-mind connection. We move slowly to improve focus, strength, cognitive ability and control. Exploration of functional movement for physical ease takes you into a meditative state. This Level 1 - 2 yoga practice is for you if: 🧘‍♀️You have done some yoga before 🧘‍♀️ You want to become calmer and more focused 🧘‍♀️ You wish to learn a mindful, compassionate approach to moving your body 🧘‍♀️ You want to slow it down (this is not a fast flow class) 🧘‍♀️ You enjoy creative sequences and self-inquiry Pre-booking is essential. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance of the class. For events and workshops, payments are non-refundable unless I can fill your place. Refunds will incur a £5 admin fee.
