Service Description

Come and join us for a free beginners yoga class and support the Yoga by Nature 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainees who are about to graduate. This class is part of their final assessment and it will be taught by a team of teachers. Please bring your own mat, or let us know if you need to borrow equipment.
