Do you ever feel like you need to press the reset button during the day? This is a Level 1, moderate intensity, 40 minute practice that will recalibrate body and mind, leaving you feeling fresh and ready for what's next.

There's breath work, postures and a relaxation at the end. Poses include cobra, pyramid pose, twists and wide legged forward bend, and more.
