MEET THE TEACHERS

Sally Field
I initially got into Yoga because I hoped it would improve my horse-riding, which it definitely did! There are lots of similar objectives which I like to sum up as physical, mental AND emotional balance which surely gives us all a great foundation for life.
I completed my Teacher Training with Morven at Yoga by Nature in the summer of 2021 and I’ve been teaching part-time ever since. I love teaching small groups and I really enjoy encouraging people to try Yoga who are uncertain for whatever reason, especially if they have been put off by preconceptions or, worse, a previous experience.
There are lots of different styles of Yoga and the most important thing is to find a style and a class that suits YOU!!
I don’t take myself too seriously but I take my Yoga very seriously and I would love to meet you and share some of its benefits…….

Morven Hamilton
Morven is the lead teacher, training course director and founder of Yoga by Nature. You can read more about her on the About page here.

Mary Morgan
Mary has recently qualified as a yoga teacher having previously worked in hte field of mental health.
"Using the breath and learning how to look after myself with Mindful self compassion and yoga, I have discovered and uncovered a peaceful place in the heart of me that supports me to live joyfully""
I have lived in Weston-super-Mare for over 20 years. Initially working with Surestart, when my children were young, I went on to support and deliver wellbeing projects in local communities in and around town, primarily in South Ward. Having practiced yoga for many years, the decision to train as a teacher came after a life changing cancer diagnosis. Morven's teaching is inspirational and I have gained so much from the teach training course and from the learning I have undertaken.

Lucy Saunders
Hi, I'm Lucy, I am delighted to be joining the Yoga by Nature Team. I live in Clevedon having moved from Bristol recently. I am enjoying life by the sea and swimming as well as being close to nature. I started yoga over 20 years ago and have used it over the years to support myself in all ways.
I have a background in teaching and after a long health journey myself I have a special interest in the mind/body connection and how they can influence one another to support health and well-being. I am trained in N.L.P (Neuro linguistic programming) and coaching as well as completing my Yoga Nidra training. I use yoga to connect the mind and Body together.
You will find me taking the Friday restorative Yoga class every other week and bringing my ethos.
