Flowing yoga practice for fitness, body awareness and wellbeing
Hatha flow is a dynamic form of yoga where the postures are linked together in fun, flowing sequences. The practice can be meditative, as you are deeply focused on the movement and alignment of the body, and also on the breath. There is time devoted to relaxation, meditation, mindfulness and more focused breathing (pranayama).
This practice is very effective for developing your body and breath awareness and is suitable for those either with a good level of basic fitness, or with some experience of the poses of Hatha yoga.
